Returns and Refunds
We understand that you may have some concerns regarding our products and their suitability to meet your needs. Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds on used candles, or essential oils.
However, we do have a 15 day store credit refund policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a store credit refund.
To be eligible for a store credit refund, your item must be in the same condition in which it was received, unused, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt, or proof of purchase.
